Trailer Size Question

I'm looking at picking up a enclosed 2010 Charmac that's a 24' box, with an approximately 4' nose. Will this fit 4 155's, and will there be enough room to tie them down? The guy I'm buying it from seems to think I will want more room, but I'm not so sure. Thanks.

my 2 cents

I have a 7 x 18 and get three 155 in it , tho it is tight , no need to tie three in my trailer , would be nice option tho , I do wish my trailer was 7 x 20 - 0r 22 then two side by sides would fit better .

I have an 8.5 x 20 square plus the v (4 or 5 ft) and have done a 162 and 144 nose to tail from the rear numerous times so I'd think your total length would be similar. If you load from the front I don't think you'd have any issues at all.

by 24' box and 4' nose is that 28' overall? if so most def you will have plenty of room. heck i fit (6) pros in my 28' :)

if the overall length is 24' they will fit in backwards and it will be snug. my dad build a 24' overall (20'box and 4'nose) back in the 90's and we've fit (4) pros in it before but it is SNUG.

Thanks! That's what I was hoping to hear. I'm wanting this trailer to last me quite a while down the road. Appreciate the help!

No problem. We have 23ft box with 4ft v 27ft overall and have had 3 150 class sleds with 1 160 class. 2 in forward on 1 side 2 in backwards on the other so a tunnel went up into the v.

That will be plenty of trailer for 4 sleds. You could easily fit 5 sleds if you load them from the front!

Awesome! I'm pretty excited to be moving up into enclosed Trailers. Much, much, nicer than an open any day!

I just bought the same trailer 06 model.
4 long tracks will fit easily. Drive em in and shut the door.
Haven't gone but about 200 mi with the trailer but I love it. Pulls good and solid quality trailer.
