I do not need it to attach the trailer to the truck, more to back the trailer into a tight space. Any ideas would be great.

Hmmm... This may solve my problem of trying to back a 102" wide trailer up a 104" driveway (distance between retaining walls). Very interesting. Curious to hear people's opinions on this gadget.

I think it would give you a heck of a workout to move your trailer very far but a pretty interesting idea. Something similar that runs off a car type battery would be cool.
