trail converting 800 sno pro mod

have been thinkin bout buyin a sno pro and either swapping a f7 motor into it or trail converting a mod. i have found an 800 mod for sale in what seems to be very good shape.
my question is what is all required for trail converting these? if you have done this is it worth it and how reliable is it?
would be doing some ditch riding and some trail riding with the sled and hopefully going out west this year if funding will allow.

800 Mod

Gotsnow, I have found the Speedwerks mods to be very reliable as they are. They do require a bit more up keep, they're mods, but I feel bang for the buck you can't go wrong if you are into true performance. I'm gettin ready to put the pump gas head on my 600 (fuel cost is killin me). I haven't changed a thing and its a killer trail/ ditch banger. 2 ridin buddys have the 800 mods that are long tracked 162"/153" and they flat rip in the mountians, very impressive with minor clutch recalibration.
