Traction help

My Crossfire has crappy traction on the boards. I slip all the time.. I remembered seeing a post on here about traction options but I couldn't find it. I think all I need are some after market traction bars that I can just rivet on.. Any help on this one?

I'll set you up Doug, bolt a set of snow board bindings to your running boards, then buckle up!!!

Alrighty then.. I think the snow eliminator type deal is what I was looking for..
