Here's a good story for you, about a year and a half ago I ordered two tracks from Tracks USA. One was used right away and the other sat on the shelf until we needed it last night. We pulled the other track out last night and what was in the box wasn't what the box was labeled. I called Tracks USA this morning and they are shipping out the right track Monday along with return a return shipping label...no questions asked. I even offered to send pics or pay for the track and they could refund me when they got the wrong track back. I was told Snowmobiles are all and all good people and we trust them.
