Tracker Beacons - warranty?

Just wondering if anyone has had any dealings with the tracker beacons warranty or if there is a such. After buying (4) for the family last year or so, I discovered that one of them is broken in the battery compartment and is un-useable. Any ideas or comments????

Call them what do you have to loose. What happened to yours I have a issue as well just curiuos

I believe it's 3 or 5 year warrenty on beacons... I'm leaning towards the 5... There good to deal with I had my tracker 2 not working properly at start of season... Called bca sent mine in they sent me new one at no charge.

Great warranty call they give u #send in they call,tacker sent me brand new unit no cost..pleased

BCA is an excellant company, very sled friendly, give them a call I'll bet it gets handled quickly.

BCA is a great company to work with. Are they Tracker 2's or Tracker DTS? Did you buy them used or new?

I have all Tracker DTS units - all bought new. Thanks for the feedback - will call and see what can be done. Many thanks!

Absolutly! I have had the DTS in the past and have seen a similar issue as you. The other thing we have seen is a corrosion issue between the battery and the spring terminal which causes it to corrode and fall off.
