Track Upgrade

So. Thinking of upgrading tracks. 2011 153 OVS LpT. Is it worth it to change out the stock track to the 2.5 challenger extreme or keep holding my breath for the new 3" that rumors say is coming out?

Ha,ha yeah the 3"x156. I will call camo today. Tracks Canada was in touch with them yesterday and came away with no firm dates again lol!

We are considering a 16”x156” with 3” drive pitch and 3” lug height with availability in December.

No production yet, it has been delayed because capacity has been full producing the 162

Why not just do the 162 X 3 Extreme ? It's only 3" more on the snow. One more row of lugs.

cause then he would have to buy new rails, the 156 would fit with the 153 rails i would think......

4" rail extensions and move skid back 1/2-3/4" would take care of the extra length and slightly improve attack angle at the same time.

or he could wait for the 156 skip the weak extensions and go with an offset axel.....and have a way funner sled

that will be the first thing i do once i get some boost, rode with a guy running a 3inch 162, and man did it look like fun!!!!! a 156 would be nuts!!!! might as well leave the skiis at home.....
