Track tension bolts.

This is what I found on my "new" sled. The left side wasn't even the stock part. Plus the bolt couldn't even be adjusted at all. Have I possibly done damage to my track because of this? This coming from one of the most reputable Ski Doo dealerships in Alaska.
First it was the PTO and engine going down and now this. What course of action should I take? Whenever I buy anything brand new I expect everything to be in good working order with original factory parts. I feel like I've been ripped off.

The jerry rigged bolt (left side).

Looks like a shaft to me. Take it back and stuff it where the sun don't shine. Take a stand now so we all don't have to later.

It's just too bad that the place where I got the sled from is over 500 air miles away. I called them up earlier and explained the situation. I sent an email with pictures. We'll see what happens tomorrow.

If alignment and tension is OK, I doubt there is a risk of damage....but they do owe you a new adjustment bolt. I wonder why they needed to change it??
