Track suggestion for hillclimb

I race a 600ves Gen II w/136 track 1" shockwave lug w/120 studs. Stock class 1000' with a jump 3/4 up the hill.

Looking to go to a 1-1/4" ripsaw or whatever is a better suggestion. I would still like it to be trail friendly since it is a dual purpose sled. Sounds like there are good choices for a better launch but may give up some top end due to windage issues. Ripsaw may not have the best launch but is better for the windage issues. So as in most cases its a trade off.

I should mention it has a Pro-x skid w/136 rail extensions w/reworked shocks, long shocks/dual springs in front and it is a pretty good jumper for a Gen II.

Anyone with first hand experience please share your knowledge with me.

Thanks

I am guessing here, but you must be referencing hillcross, not hillclimb. Ripsaw would probably work just fine. Don't know much about hillcross though.

Jackson Hole is a hillclimb, Back east we call a straight run up a hill a hillclimb also.
Are you referencing a hillcross as going up a hill and doing a connecting lap?
