Anybody got advice on a track stand that works for long tracks. Maybe even something you built yourself or just found that works really well?

well the other day when I was adjusting my track and suspension, I wrapped a tree strap around the rafters, an axle strap around the rear bumper and connected the two with a come-along, and just lifted it up.... bonus is you can go as high as you want/need, no matter the track length or hieght... but you need some sort of sky-hook.
And fast reflexes! Try this http://www.mar-lift.com/other/what.html
That's kinda cool.
What do you mean by fast reflexes? I had no probtwas still in the trailer when I did it.. so the whole unit, with the raised rear end was at a good working height.. well coulda been higher... but it was better than being on the ground.
Sounds like something I would do...figuring on being able to scram when my redneck contraption went TU.
