Wahl Bro's also makes a "no-slip" drive sprocket. They state that the edge chassis uses a 1-1/16" size shaft, but a 1" shaft size sprocket will work, if a tighter fit is required. The text below was taken from the SLP website and they sell Walh Bro's Sprockets...

What size hex shaft should I order?
1" -- Polaris, Pre-Edge, and GEN II
1 1/16" -- Poalris Edge

For tighter sprocket fit, 1" wheels may be pressed on 1 1/16" shaft.

Hope this helps!

right on. before removal measure how far over your existing sprockets have to move to reach the windows. Mark it on the shaft and press on. Of coarse check on the track itself before re-installing your drive shaft. Pretty straight forward. Good luck and enjoy.
