I have a couple split lugs. Looks like Loctite 404 is the go to. The few videos I watched they roughed up the split with sandpaper. Has anyone glued without any sanding.
There is also a Loctite 707 mentioned as a cleaner/primer.
What are your experiences with 404 and 707 and track result?

404 for the win. Don’t need much it’s pricey and let it set inside heated shop for 24hrs or so. Friend did this and that was in 2022 and still holding. He used thick rubber bands to hold the lugs together after gluing. I was impressed!

I like to use an adhesive like loctite 404 or a flexible two part epoxy then cover it with shoe goo after it cures.

I usually go the new route.

Like 711 mentions in the latest SW podcast he was on.

"Tracks are like dirtbike tires"
"You gotta put on a fresh one every so often."

If you keep them in snow the last but hitting all that other stuff underneath makes you pay.

I used to run the Camo Extreme tracks and they were tough. A bit heavy. I am a careful rider in general and over the years have never had the issue I am having with the 2.75 track... did I catch something? Yes. Would it have done any damage to my Camo Extreme? Nope...

Yeah 275's are paper mache.
