track options

On the inside of the track belt, there is a line 3/8" from outside of the track. Its only like 1 mm high, I think its from the mold when the track is made. I cut along that, and my lugs are not cut just right beside it.

Humm, did you cut yours like mine??? mine is not cut into the lug, the fat it just trimmed off the end.
I may have to remeasure mine, I thought it was 15 1/4”

Mine will be fine for the sled it was built for, a doo.
Your previous description sounded familiar to what I had done. I had the track trimmed to the edge of the lug by trimming off the excess past it, and didn’t cut into the lug at all.

This is how I did mine with a razor knife. Took about 30-40 minutes. Just take your time.

My bad, I think I misinterpreted what you said. I thought you said you didn’t cut into the lug.

Have you looked at the Russian tracks? Or at least I was told they are made in Russia?

okay not all parts
Everything improves with updates.
I’m optimistic polaris has increased reliability after looking at the prototype tracks with 2022 improvements.

The series 8 with external track nubs, anti stab and extroverts has potential to be a solid option.

this track looks intriguing. looks like the doo track? ??‍♂️
I think this is what I am going to do to replace my 2.75, 165
just have them cut it down to 15"

haha, was just looking at those

they even have the same texture as the stock doo tracks, that's gotta be the same mold

even looks like the short rod/flex track rods between the outer lugs

Yep it is, it’s just not ported, that’s the track in the pic I posted.

i am running extroverts so I won't need to have the track center ported. also I have bags of clips and my buddy has the tool, so i will clip the remaining windows

tracks are backordered so I'm probably just going to go with an x3

I don' trust that anything shows up by an expected date this year and they're not expecting them till well into the season

Thanks for all the input guys!
