Track noise?

If my track is too tight is it possible that it would make a noise when I roll over something like a square edge snow bank? I think it is too tight and it has a wierd noise when I run over something that compreses the front of the skid.

I hope that is all it is. I just put this sled together this fall so I need to sort the bugs out.

I put the holz track relocation brackets on my m7 and noticed the same type of noise. I adjusted the track both directions to see if that helps,
but it did not. Mine seems to make noise when I let off the throttle. I would assume this puts preasure on the front of the track. If anyone has any suggestions, it sounds like a similar problem. Also I just rebuilt the DD with all new bearings so I don't think that is it. It feels like it is on the pto side(left).

check the crossbar at the front bend. If your fax is worn a bit it will hit there. Set of wheels there would be a good idea, and I'd do it of the BDX were any good, my crossbar shows lots of wear from track clips. They also hit the front arm going across the top, (track returning to the driveshaft) when you let off the throttle, it might sag enough to hit that.

if it happens when hitting square bumps or something that compresses the front of the skid it could be rails about to stab through track windows.....anti-stab kit wheels would give you peace of mind that you won't suddenly be flying over handlebars....
