I believe you just use the POLCL101 121-136 extensions through tracks USA. Its been probably 5 years or more since I've done this swap but If I remember right thats what worked. Might want to call tracks USA to confirm for sure.

thanks, so i got my rail extentions and no instructions. can someone answer me if all i need to do is grind off the rivets for the track tentioner and bolt them on the outside? and since they are not the same width then do i need to cut the spacer that goes between the back wheels? mine has 3 back wheels or can i just remove the center one and that be the differance?
my wife really owes me on this one. lol:face-icon-small-fro:face-icon-small-fro

Sure you put them on right? You want that middle wheel on that shaft or your shaft will bend. You may have to try it a few times but there should really be no cutting or anything just drilling and some grinding.

i did not put them on yet. but when i hold them up up where i think they are going the track tentioner is in the way. it looks as if the holes in the tentioner match the extentions. so it looks to me that you cut them off and put the extentions on and then the tentioners???? thanks again for any help

I think we are going to need some pictures of your set up. Cutting, grinding welding, swearing just doesn't seem like the way I remember them bolting up.

You will have to grind off/drill out the rivets holding the track tensioners to the rails, but there should be holes in the extensions for them to bolt into. I had a set of 136 rails I sold on here recently from an Xtra 10 suspension I had to grind the rivets off to get the tensioners off, but wasn't able to get the rest of the rivet out of. They were like swedged into the rail (or corroded).

I was going to use a set of extensions fom WPS to do the same thing on my XLT to go from 133 to 141, ended up selling the track.
