Hello gentlemen, my son has a 2007 polaris 550 ss and franky that 121 blows, wondering if I could run a 136x15x1 3/4 under it without re gearing or rolling the chain case. Thanks

my daughter has an 08 trail rmk 550..it came stock with a 136 1 1/4 track...I would imagine you could get a 1.5 on without modding but I think you should regear it..will make the sled perform better and make the belts last longer....and gears arnt that expensive...

I would go with what the trail rmk runs stock..my daughter,s sled does pretty good powder wise considering the hp ..been totally reliable since new(700 miles). ask your local dealer..my guess would be around a 20/41 but it may be steeper yet...

You could also run a 2" track with 8 tooth drivers and keep your gearing in your case stock. I ran a 16x144x2" in my 488 Indy Lite and it worked great.
