the clips and outside 'nubs' are different is the durometer the same? Seems softer to me. Paddles fold more on my sled deck causing the track to interfere with pulling my ramps out, didn't have that issue on my 14 with the 3in powerclaw.

i wonder if its softer duro too. your paddles seemed more flexy to the touch but your track was looser too so wasnt sure if it was just the belt of the track deflecting more?

First of all, track has been tightened. Lol

Well, 3602-137 is the part number for the 18 162
80 durometer is what it is marketed as.

My 14 is 2602-856, 153 also 80 durometer.

Sitting next to each other in the garage, the 18 paddles are much softer.

Curious as to why they flipped the clips 180°???? And removed half the outer 'nubs' ? I know the 'nubs' are larger because the clip has been flipped. But again, why?

Are the drive wheels flipped 180 also? Doesn't drive wheels grab the bigger nubs on the track as well as grabbing the holes in the track to?

might be a 153 V 162 is why its messing with the ramp....a bit longer.

Nope. Drivers are the same. The only thing touching the outer nubs is the track clips.

The part number is different than the 2017 also compared to a 2017 Mountain cat. Indeed different....

8ft deck. The first few inches behind the deck is the problem, where the ramp sets on the deck.

Just checked out a 2017 next to a 2018 on the dealer floor. Outer drive nubs are different. The paddles on both felt like they had the same flexibility to me. I wonder if the bigger nubs and clips help keep the track lined up in the skid better when the sled is on its side?

2017 and older the clip is on the inside of the rails, now the outside. May be for side hilling?

The 14 is harder because it's "age hardened ". I have a track off a 12 or 13 model, it's 85 durometer though, but it's so hard I could drive a truck up on it and the lugs won't fold over. The only flex is in the belt itself. Every year seems like the rubber compound gets a little harder. Don't surprise me though, same thing happens to my tractor tires. After 10 yrs now I can't even make a mark with my thumbnail on the lugs compared to new when they were soft and grippy.
