Changed lots of tracks in the past but never one with belt drive do you ned special tools?

No its kinda a pain but you can get it th belt back on

No special tools required. It is way easier with a belt drive, you don't have the oil in the chaincase to mess with. Once all tools are set out and ready it takes about 25 or 30 minutes to change a track on one with a belt drive. The hardest part is getting the belt back on without the guide tool, but definately doable.
It easy to put the stock QD belt back on the stock pulleys-
The zip tie trick works great getting it back on.... there is a posting on it with pic's on here if you search.
Clean and chase the locktite out of the threads on the driveshaft & jackshaft to
get a good bite on the bolt..
I would, since you there put some quality ARP bolts back in there.. IMHO
