Not binding up but I know they come adjusted way to tight and it feels like they are binding. On My aro kit the track and secondary chain were both bowstring tight robing a lot of power, loosened both and gained probably 10 HP right there.
I to found the Timbersled track to tight. Loosened mine quit a bit and it rolls in & out of my pic up & shop with ease also coasts to a stop. Not sure if the looseness affects the suspension but mine seems to work fine
