Track alignment, whats going on here?

2016 axys 155 2.6 track. I kind of battled this last year, but something is off with my track alignment. by looking at the drivers and the rails the track is definitely running to the right. The "cogs" of the track are touching the right drivers, and there is a gap of maybe a quarter inch on the left side of the drivers, and the rails indicate the track is running right as well.

But if you go by the rear idlers the track is running to the left. So if I adjust the axle to move the track to the left, the rear idlers will be hitting the "cogs" as they are already touching them as it is. Its like I'm stuck with the drivers touching on the right side, and the rear idlers touching on the left side.

Do i need to shim over the idler wheels to match the rest of the running gear or what?

Are the drivers centered or broken?
Suspension mounted centered?
Swing arms bent?
Rails bent?

Spacers on rear axle cracked?
Are wheel spaced correctly?

Try this one FOR SURE!!!!!
Track tension measured with a caliper instead of counting threads?

Way out there, but worth checking: Are all the rear idlers the SAME diameter?

Measure from the driveshaft to the center of the rear axle on both sides of the sled and see if it's equal. Get someone to help you and measure exactly the same both times. I would butt the tape up against a flat spot on the backside of the driveshaft. Eric.

Nothing is bent or broken. Its like the rails and the drivers are on the same alignment, but the rear idles are not inline with the rails and drivers. probably and eight inch off, to the left. also, if I run the track slowly on a stand, the rear idlers wobble, but it may be because they are touching the cogs, instead of being in the center of the cogs..

I will try measuring driver alignment tomorrow like eric suggested.

Thanks for the ideas to try.
