How do you go about getting less clearance between belt and sheaves on a tra? My manual don't show any shims and have like 100 thou belt clearance.

your belt adjustment normally is done with your secondary , there are no shims in primary that i'm aware of ,at least i've never seen any , is there a problem with performance , if so explain what it's doing ,maybe someone can help with a little more info, good luck

This is a new setup
I have added the tra to my 600 hawk, not yet run. Tra 3 primarty with cat roller secondary. The belt to sheave side clearance is large. I normally use a 1,29/64 wide belt but have alot of clearance to sheave. 12thou. is recomended. Big John told me today that there is no adj. for this on a tra. Need a wider belt i guess.
