Hello,
Going through the posts regarding TPS setup/adjustment without the use of the Polaris software(Digital Wrench), I've noticed that some have commented that their machine ran worse after making adjustments...........
After reading through the procedure in the service manual using Digital Wrench for the set-up procedure, it seems that in addition to confirming the TPS voltage at both idle & base settings, the software may be syncronizing the TPS settings within the ECU - is this true??? If so, that could explain why some are having troubles even though they have adjusted the TPS to the proper base setting(0.69 - 0.71 VDC/ nominal 0.698 VDC).................
I have several means(power source or home made tester) for testing the TPS at my disposal but just wondering if the finished product will be satisfactory???
Thoughts???
Thanks in advance,
Glen
