Towns Near Rabbit Ears

Hey all,

Well I moved from Wyoming to Vegas to finish up college. I'll be done in 9 months. I would like to move up to Colorado, somewhere I can find good work (I know its tuff right now) and have good riding. I'm in the HVAC/R field. I hear Rabbit ears is where its at to ride, awesome snow. I have an 09 summit 154 so it dont do good in the sand ....

What are some good towns near there? Decent living with all the needs near by (IE Food, Gas, Hardware Stores, ETC).?

What is the average cost of living around there?

Good Motorsports Dealers near by?

Small town, Touristy?

Work?

How far of drive to ride good snow?

If anyone can help out that be great

RE is right between kremmling and steamboat springs. Both are about 30mins out. Better have a good job, the cost of living out there is pretty high.

I live in Littleton, SW denver area. Easier to find employment out here and it's much cheaper to live here than the mountains. 3 hours from the time I leave my place I can be unloaded and riding.

Kremmling: 30 minutes South of RE, only dealer is a Cat dealer. Nearest Doo dealer is in Granby and they aren't a good dealer.

Steamboat: 30 Minutes West, they have a decent Cat dealer and an average Doo dealer

There are no jobs and still really expensive to live. A 900sf apt in Steamboat will cost ya 1400 a month
