Totalled sled question

Totalled out my 2014 pro rmk 600 155" last winter. Rode it the rest of the trip without problems so I bought it back from insurance. A lot of things broke and bent on it. Replaced the carbon fiber over structure, steering post and taillight. Still has bent tunnel, bent rail, tweaked A arm, some other cracked areas but I'm going to ride it. My question is about the bent rail. It's a slight bend but where it is bent the clip on the track almost touches the hifax and rail. If I ride it the way it is will I do much more damage. Parts and labor would be over $600 to replace it. Don't know if I want to spend that much more on a totalled out sled.

About the only way your gonna make out ok when buying back a totaled sled Is to do the work yourself! I heard you mention "labor" in your post and "labor cost" is the main reason most of these sleds get totaled out. I'm sure you can find a straight rail off a parted sled for a reasonable price and they're not hard to change out!

Just buy a new set of ice age for a few hundred bucks and get your wrenches out. Get a good set of bulkhead and tunnel braces to help straighten and strengthen and you should be good to go.

Replace the rail from a junked skid. The rail will likely keep bending, and it always happens when you're farthest from the truck. Straighten the tunnel the best you can, reinforce it, and ride it again. The cheapest fun you'll end up having.
