I really like my Dexter E Z lube torsion axles on my trailers.
Google Dexter and look for a supplier in your area.
You can order any width and they have a range of angle offsets depending on your trailer type.
Deck over you need the angle down enough not to ever rub. Their web site will walk you through it or the supplier you find will have the information as well.
