G goinvertical Free Member Jan 4, 2011 #2 torqued crankcase: m6 bolts-9Ft.lbs. (12Nm) apply Loctite 242 m8 bolts-22Ft.lbs. (30Nm) apply Loctite 242 engine straps: 45Ft.lbs. (61Nm) Cyl. base nuts: 37Ft.lbs (50Nm) Head cover: 25Ft.lbs. (34Nm) Remember to "double check" all torques. p.s. Primary Clutch: 50Ft.lbs. (68Nm) Re-torque after running.
