torque specs for 700 mtn max

I need the torque specs for the head and cylinders for a 2000 700 mtn max. Any help would be appreciated.

I have always gone 13ft-lbs inside out while rotating first. Then again to 25ft-lbs same way. .02

Maybe I wasn't clear. This sounds like the head spec only. What about the jugs themselves? Thanks

My manual shows:

Jug base nuts: 28 ft lbs
Head nuts: 2 steps first at 8 ft lbs then 17 ft lbs
