Anyone know the Torque Spec for a 07-800r Upper Gear in the Chaincase? I am switching to a 19t today and want to make sure I get it right. Thanks

Just get it snug and then tighten to the first hole that lines up for the cotter pin. Some are tight and some can be loosened with your fingers from the factory.

No cotter pin on the XP's. A bolt holds it in... I did mine about 27lbs I seem to remember. But I don't know the exact spec..

Where's the "Santa-mullitt" with assault rifle avatar Sylvan? The draggin' knee is not nearly as recognizable...
I changed my gear as well, like mentiioned, the nut wasn't on very tight and I put it back that way, I'd guess 20lbs or less? Sherm
I put 25lbs on it, and a dab of blue loctite if you want to do it right. BD
