Torque Limiter System, is it failing slowly?

Hey there team! It seems I am hearing my torque limiter clutch engage more frequently now and what a noise that is. Is it going to fail on me or could it be I am just getting more aggressive on it and the Matek Exhaust actually produces more power?

When they do fail is it catastrophic with no warning signs?

Opinions please.

Agressive throttle in whoops/rough trails & WOT at landing will more than likely destroy the discs in the long term. Allowing it to slip more and more often and easier too.

By the way, you're supposed to take care of that TLS as much as a newborn baby... I think ADB recomment taking it apart every 10 hour or so... (and besides, who is doing that and who wants to do that, nobody !!!) so it might be a good thing to open it up and inspect it, clean it. If your discs are shattered in 2 pieces and/or cracked at 3 different places, hub all chewed up from broken plates moving along inside... (like mine after a season and a half), you might want to buy buy new ones along with a spare belt...

Problem #1 is if you're having problem with this setup once, what tells you that you won't have problem with it again down the road... I understand there's riders here that never had problems with it... which is great, that means this drive system matches your riding style.

Problem #2 is that amount of money you'll spend on fixing it will probably buy you 3/4 of a set of sprockets and chain... That's how I see it anyways...

As a manufacturer's point of view, that TLS is good business :beer;:beer;:beer;

I am sure to replace it with a chain drive, why a belt to begin with I don't know, I guess hindsight is 20/20. Do I have to replace the upper Jackshaft on my 04 600HO to do the chain conversion?
