Top end bogging!!

So I have a 07 polaris 600 HO 155 track. It has a serious bog on the top end from about half throttle on. I have a slp pipe and can and I think the rest is stock. ( just bought sled). So I have started the great journey of jetting. I had 350 mains and 45 pilots. I changed mains to 390 and didn't help so I went the other way and put 320 didn't help but run to lean for sure. So I am wondering if the clutch is the problem. I marked a line on the primary sleeve and went for a ride and when I look at the mark it wasn't wore off all the way to the top. So I am wondering if the weights are to heavy maybe the pervious owner changed them out. I ride around 3000ft. For the first couple of mins of riding it is good and then the bog starts. So I am thinking of going back to 390 in mains and I just need to find out what the stock weights for the clutch are or any suggestion for weights. If I could get any suggestion that would be great.

Jetting/ intake boots

I'm running pretty much the same setup, but for 0-2000 and i'm running what slp recommends and it works great. if you get on their site, see link http://www.slp.cc/catalog.cfm?pageID=detail&view=instruction&catalogID=3&catID=19&productID=847 just make sure that your needle is in the right spot and your jetted correctly for the setup (page 6 in the installation instructions) they also have a clutching chart on page 7, but don't do that untill you're sure that you have you're jetting correct. Another option might be that the intake boots between the carbs and the engine are cracked, pretty common for how old the machine is. The cracks suck air and make the machine run lean and this would also account for the bogging that you are experiencing, and it's a lot easier to fix than spending a whole bunch of time trying to figure out the jetting. Hope this helps.

I had a problem like this once and it was a weak fuel pump that couldn't keep up to high speed fuel flow requirements. Either that or a possible partially plugged fuel filter.
