Snow was half decent, kidna hard underneath with about 8" of super fluffy stuff on top. Got out and rode with my dad all day, stopped, had a fire and roasted some hotdogs for lunch. The vids are a little shakey as my dad just got the camera for christmas and is learning what works and what doesnt, and hes sorta anti-technology:D hope you guys enjoy. the hotrod is ripping, just needs a better track to put the power to the ground. and some fine tuning wouldnt hurt, im just enjoying riding right now!i got some more vids but have things to do, so will post em later

nice work man. Little weird hearing that sound come from a rev but damn nice build

That looks really nice. Looks like the fog had cleared just recently.
we rode up throught the clouds and broke into the sun right as we got into the play areas, by the afternoon it had all burned off.. wearing just a jersey grillin hotdogs was pretty cool!

and another vid, this one is a little better.

Looks good skidoon'it. All that time and money will pay off. Now you have a dependable sled that has more power than you could ever use.

its somewhat dependable!! ahah.. still figurring out bugs and have random issues that show up, wires rubbing, but I come home and look over everything i can see, so its mroe and more reliable everytime it goes out.

it handles kinda funny, the weight is definately noticable, but im working on skid setup to help deal with that, downhill turns and carving like that downhill are WAY easy, and the power makes poking up throught the woods pretty fun as you just get into boost and away you go. Also, still early season, so i know im not as strong as I need to be to even ride a normal sled, so end of season we will see how i can handle it!!

Getting the front end as narrow and stiff as possible helped me out a lot. If you have any shims in your skis then move them to the inside to narrow the ski stance a bit, and tighten the front springs as tight as they can go. That's what works for me anyways. They're still heavy though...deep powder is your friend. For me the worst part is getting them yanked over right at first, after that they seem to hold a sidehill forever. You are in a different chassis though, so it might be a different animal.

we were up the south fork, riding pretty close to the dam.

i had a few funny downhill turns where i superman'd off the side of the sled and just pinned it and hoped it pulled around. hold on and it will pull out of most things.

got the sled almost totally back apart in the garage working on some minor details, and swapping an attack 20 under the thing for some REAL traction. and hopefully we get some new snow here soon, i want to put it to the test in some DEEP!
