Tollgate Sno-Park Permits

Tollgate Trail Finders Snowmobile Club Washington State Snowmobile Association FYI: Oregon has rescinded sno-park permit reciprocity effective November 1st. You will need to purchase an Oregon Sno-Park Permit if you use an Oregon sno-park this winter. Check www.wssa.us for additional information.

There is no change in registration reciprocity. Your Washington-registered sled is still legal in Oregon.

That sucks. Let me guess, we'll pay twice as much money and they'll still stop plowing mid-season in some places.

So that means if I want to ride in Washington I gotta get a sno-park permit then, and vise-verse for Washington residents?

OREGON ENDS SNO-PARK PERMIT RECIPROCITY (Oct '10) - Effective November 1st, 2010, Washington Sno-Park Permits will no longer be valid in Oregon sno-parks. Oregon has taken this action based on Washington State Parks move to end reciprocity as well. (Washington State Parks is taking this action as a way of improving funding for winter motorized and non-motorized programs. The rule change will likely become effective by the end of the year

Hey Guys..

.. Apperantly our government officials aren't satisfied with just treating us residents like crap, they wanna' dump on our neighbors also.
Please don't blame us....
And, yes, they prolly will stop plowing mid year....

Oddly enough, I was planning on riding down tollgate way this year, and made reservations in Halfway for mid Feb just about a half hour before reading this!! (that's why I don't even bother to buy lottery tickets!)

But I figure I'll just buy a season Oregon SnoPark pass and be covered. I don't mind.

Let it SNOW!!!!!!!!!
