I rode yesterday. Yes there was plenty to ride the roads. Everything went well. Got the sleds dialed in and ready to roll

Rode Sunday, Just enough ride the rodes to get to Bone Springs. It was great just to get out . Does anybody know what the plan is for the snowpark? It looks like they have expanded it. Thats a surprise. The shelter opens?

snow permitting (for the groomer) the shelter should open Dec. 1st

i thought that the rule in oregon was we couldnt ride till dec 1? i mean i have broken that rule in the past but was just wondering if it had changed. might head out next monday after the storm system comes through the end of this week and the weekend.

My kid went through a tank and half of gas in the sno-scoot over the weekend, the daughter rode her sled a little bit on the roads.

The expansion on the morning creek sno-park is great! Now there will be a place for us day trippers to park when the campers/motorhomes, and the lake people park there vehicles there for the weekend. Not complaining, but it's a small sno-park and everyone wants to ride out from there.

Avalanche training

OK... I have a question to ask.

Who??? Would be interested in attending a avalanche class if I'm able to get one set up? I know that we don't have a huge problem in this area, but it's here and other places that we ride. It's more of a safetly factor and knowing.

Please pm'd me if your interested, and If I see enough interest I'll get the ball rolling on this.

I would be interested in a avy class and could roundup between 3 and 5 or 6 others maybe more depending on the time, place and peoples schedules

Myself and son would be interested depending on schedule. Maybe a Thursday, Friday night evening class as to not get in the way of riding?

Yeah I know about the riding, but I think giving up one day of riding will be well worth it in the long ride.

Once I get a hold of the instructor I'll know more of a location for the class. The class is indoor as well outdoors.
