To powder coat or not

Built a new snow plate. Came out exactly how I wanted. I’m sure snow will stick or ice up on it so....
Not sure if I should leave it bare aluminum or powder coat or paint.

Opinions please

Maybe I run it a few days, I may have changes to make once it’s on the snow

I have always been curious about ceramic coating. It acts like Teflon on car paint and polished rims shedding dirt with just water. So should act similar for snow. Might be something to consider whatever way you go.

Powder coat it. Snow will stick to raw aluminum, but it won't be enough to really change the performance. Powder coat just looks way nicer if you try to reasonably color match it to the bike. Otherwise, try cutting and polishing the surface.

Ceramic coating for something that small wouldn't be incredibly expensive and would likely perform best, but powdercoat would look great as well and doesn't hold onto snow. bare aluminum will, albeit an insignificant amount for the location it's in. That's super badass tho, I would buy one!
