Well I thought it may get me by but after yesterdays ride....its a wheelie queen. I have a 162 track, straght ice age rails, good hpg shock and heavy duty 2100nm apex springs....still almost unrideable in the steep tree climbs. Is there anything I can do to get me by until summer (more mods to help this) or am I screwed?? thanks guys....

Tim send the timber skid down and I'll test it for ya....finally got my turbo and day one she ran perfect....not one wrench (except for a helix change)....finally power, reliability and now I just need to work on the suspension.

I guess timber sled is the right choice...I will have to get my order in.

Have you shortened your front limiter strapes as short as they will go not sure how your suspension is setup but did this on the stock suspension and it made a big difference skis only come up a foot or so on hard pack and is awesome in the powder and on the mountains. custom turbo 10 pounds of boost runs awesome 08 nytro

I will shorten them more.... try it like this until my new skid shows up. I ordered a timber kit everyone says its the answer so we will see.

Shortening limiters did in fact solve ski/front lift...however in my experience it taxed the weak rear shock too much - too much sag, not enough travel. (at least for my coefficient of gravity...;)) I would try 'medium' on the limiters...

Heres what 1/4 throttle looks like....it just keeps gettin higher and higher from here.

I second the K-MOD;) It's the only thing I like about my Nytro

Tell me more about this K mod. I haven't heard much about it so far.

I also have a Timbersled rear and no Mcxpress yet. (Been waiting so long can't remember when I ordered it)

:D WE have a Nytro with a timber sled front & rear with a Impulse turbo running 15+ boost, with all spacers in limiter shortened to 5" 162" track, still stands on end every where. The sled rocks runs great and pulls hard.:)

I loved the gen 2 on the apex....I'm still undecided on the nytro....I tried a set 0f gen 1's for a day and they worked fine.....not sure as of yet....I'm gonna keep running them when I get the suspension set up we'll see then.
