Sorry, Diz I meant to make this a new thread not a continuation of the other one. In answer to your question, even if we had 20' of snow I think my decision would be the same.
I am finding that I am not diplomatic enough to deal with the Forest Circus and I find it very frustrating. That is the main reason. Every business is going to have slow times and the entire west in the same boat this year. Also I have 2 of my farms sold and when I moved out here I was set to retire.
I bought the Lodge on a whim more or less and have not regretted it at all other than having to run a business with the USFS calling most of the shots. I am sure I can get everything I want just am not used to having to kiss *** to get it.
I also have been involved in a business in Denver that let's just say I do nothing and it is paying very well. It will give me more time to screw off and ride, hunt, horses, dirt bike, road trips, Harley's and such. It may take quite a while to sell or it may sell tomorrow. Who knows, I thought I would just start letting peeps know in case someone was interested.

Mark - Of course we wish you the best, but that would be a bummer for me personally. I REALLY enjoy TML. Can't say that about many other places. It's kinda like home away from home. Good luck!
