Tire wear question

Rotating the tires on my Megacab today and took down some readings. It appears to me that the rear is suffering from over inflation and the front could have a slight aligment issue.

Front Left - 54psi, TD middle - .397, outside - .346, inside - .370.
Front Right - 54psi, TD middle - .383, outside - .384, inside - .345.

Left rear - 54psi, TD middle - .195, outside - .345, inside - .356.
Right rear - 54psi, TD middle - .203, outside - .347, inside - .354.

Door says to run 60psi in the front and 45 or 70 in the rear. (light load or max load).

Most of my miles are highway miles empty or with a 3000lb open trailer with about 600lbs tongue weight. Occasionally I have my 4 place enclosed and 4 sleds, probably 4-6 weekends/winter. Truck has just under 19k on it and the tires are the stock BF Goodrich all terrains. Very little gravel, no burnouts.

Tire experts..... should I drop the rear tire pressure to 45 and raise the front to 60?

I wouldnt go too high on the overall PSI. Go too high and you start to get a harsh ride (even with the longer wheelbase, the dodge is gonna ride a bit rough as is). Id have a look at the contact patch across the tires, inflate them so you have very little to no wear over the shoulder of the tread up front. I always run 10psi or so less out back, thats usually the starting point anyway. again, if you see your not using all of the tread surface, decrease till you get there, but do remember obviously to bump up the pressure if you start loading on the weight. Even with a good alignment on a solid axle truck, you will get some cupping over time, so just keep moving them babies around.
