A few of us are coming up from the states next sunday night, cranbrook is the closest for us so we were thinking of riding there. Can someone tell me what areas near there are the best? If we stayed at fairmont hotsprings is there any riding to be done around there? Just looking for some guidance. All experienced mountain riders from Montana. Thanks!

for cranbrook, lumberton is the main riding area, stop in at peak powersports and get yourself a trail map and some directions to the best conditions. If staying at fairmont, I would head over to invermere

have heard the snow isn't real great in Cranbrook right now, we are heading to Revelstoke instead. Hopefully its ok there. Long drive for us.

yep rode nearby cranbrook yesterday and rain everywhere, revelstoke is getting snow, i was originally gonna recommend revelstoke but you mentioned cranbrook cause it was so close.
