Time to service shocks?

Got about 900 hard miles on the 11 pro. I've never had a sled with rebuildable shocks and need some advice on which direction to go. The shocks are perfect in regards to damping for my weight about 185 with gear. My question is should I have all the shocks rebuilt or just he fronts? And I'm not sure I an entire rebuild is what to do or what needs service. My past RMKs I would need complete new ryde fx's after 2 seasons( they sucked). Anyone recommended for good trustworthy service?

I have 1200 miles on my Pro, having all 4 shocks serviced, fresh oil and nitrogen, and the rear shock re-valved, I'm 205 all geared up. You would not believe all the gunk that comes out of a brand new shock that has been in service for a year. If nothing else, get fresh oil and charge. I have a local guy who does shocks, and does them well.

YES... have them serviced... break in time especially dirty.

IMO... Rather than service

Go with the Holz valving program.

For $79 each you get a full service AND they custom tailor the valving to your particular weight, spring preload settings, type of riding.. just like getting a custom tailored suit compared to an off the rack one ... the custom tailor just "fits" better.

Take advantage of the fact that your shocks are serviceable!!

Fastrax had their shop sled dialed...

Glad to hear that! I'm sending mine into Curt for a revalve tomorrow. I've got 750 miles on 'em.
Lynn, did you get to ride it? Tell me more!
