Time for new boots, whats your pick and why?

I like my HMK Pro's. Always warm feet, very light, great ankle support, good grip on the boards and board edges and moderate on rubber wear. Im on my second set in 4 seasons, depends on how much you like to kick the boards from snow buildup. The KLIM radiums are nice, but alot heavier than the HMKs. I have had wet feet once or twice in spring riding. They arent 100% waterproof. You cant fall in a creek and stay dry unless you get out quick, but they keep warm and dry 99% of the time for me. I will replace the current set with another pair, maybe the quick lace boas when these have a couple more seasons on them.

my HMKs have a lot of wear, after just a season, but those pros are a better boot im sure. I like the white ones, maybe ill see whos got sales on em

Bought my first pair of klim boots last year and now wonder why I waited so long best boots that a I have ever owned by far.

I just switched to klim last year and love them. I had hmk's and polaris boots. Both worked good but the klim is just a better boot. P.S just my opion and every bodys got one :)

i had hmk for the last few years i guess cause thats what everyone else had.
then i switched to klim at the end of the year and ill never look back

I am still looking for the perfect boot myself ... more i look and the more I actually wear the various boots the more I search ... riding an XP my left foot gets saturated from exhaust snow melt. I've had the HMK and the Klim's and now wear the Altimate sledding boots (thats the brand) they claimed water proof but are not. I dont know, I think a Muck barn boot that had some ankle support would be the ticket. Maybe I should develop a pair!!! haha

Good luck, I have yet to find the perfect pair ... I know the qualities I want: water proof, ankle support and good running board traction with excellent wear. Why is that so hard to find?

My only vote is for the Klim Adrenaline GTX. I have been wearing these boots for two years and they are awesome. My wife rides with the same kind of boots and is very happy also. There warm, priced decent, and my favorite part is there light enough to still drive in if needed. Most of my riding buddies who own the HMK's have switched or are switching to the Klim Adrenalines. The 2010 version looks updated, so if you buy last years version it should come with a big discount hopefully.

Klim Radiums. I like HMK's but Klims are waterproof. I had the pleasure of wearing bunny boots once and you couldn't pay me to wear them again. Absolutely zero ankle/foot support.

Anybody still wearing bunny boots? That's all I've ever worn. Warm and dry but a little heavy.

I still do. They're a bit heavy but, your feet NEVER get cold:D I like them.

Want to get a pair of HMKs or KILMS for spring time though..

Went from Klim to HMK last year. Liked the boots with how much time I put on them. Will see how warm they keep my feet this winter though.

I sprained an ankle wearing bunny boots a few years ago . Never again !
I really liked my HMK 's for ankle support and warmth . I have a pair of Klim now which are a little better for comfort ,but maybe a little less warm .

Salomon snowboard boots. i have been standing in a creek before and my feet did not get wet. and they are warm and have great ankle support.

paid around 170 i think two seasons ago. When i get a new pair i will be getting the same. i have a buddy who rides a rev and his left foot gets soaked, but not when he wears his salomon boots

150$ snowboard boot > $150 "snowmobile" boot. Your jusy paying extra for a name. HMK gear is garbage, I have a water proof arctiva pullover that is twice as durable for the same $ but hmk.
