Timbersled Tunnel Cooler

Soo any I am looking for some direction from you guys that have installed tunnel coolers.... Do you find any sort of reinforcement needs to be installed with the tunnel cooler to keep the integrity of the top metal piece of the timbersled?

I scrapped the tunnel top for a Rev cooler with aluminum to complete the tunnel top. I will try to post photos tomorrow. I needed 2" more clearance at the rear bumper because I am running a 146" by 2.5" track.

That is the write up I based the design off of... My main question is how the top of the tunnel is holding up with the additional weight it is pretty flimsy..

Should be fine, cooler would almost add strength to it

Take apart an RMK or ski-doo tunnel without the cooler, the filler material is floppy. The thickness of the cooler is what adds most of the strength often.
