Im dont know if this a problem or not but after i installed my timbersled rear suspension on my nytro i had to almost loosen the track adjustment nuts all the way out to the point that they are not threading on to the nylon in the nut. I even thought i drilled just a hair off so I bought different rails that were already drilled out and the same problem is ocurring. I have my limiter bolt in the 4th hole and the rear shock is at 135psi and front at 95psi if that matters. Is anyone else having this problem?? Also im still using the stock 153" maverick.

Mine is the same way on my 08 nytro, I am not sure why. I put on a 153 camoplast extreme and I thought it was the new track causing it. :confused:

Are you having ratcheting probs?

Yes, you have to run these tight...get some Avid extroverts, and you can loosen it up...also, depending on your riding, run more PSI in the rear shock...Alan says to run 150psi (checked at riding elevation with no weight on the shock), and even to over pressure it a little.

hope this helps.

i noticed that as well (running tight after install of the timbersled). i believe it has to do with the suspension not running any sag. and i dont think it is a big issue, you just have to loosen your adjusters to get alittle slack in the track. some will need more than others due to track tolerences.

I only have about 200 miles on this sled so the track should stretch a little more i would think. Thank you for all the responses as I see this is normal.:beer;

Have you fielded this question back to Allan at Timbersled? I think you'd get the most honest and straight forward answer.
