Timbersled spacer kit issue

I'm so angry at the Kibo customer service for Polaris online orders that I don't know what to do other than write this post right now. I ordered a spacer kit to adapt my old SX120 kit to my buddies bike as I bought an ARO.

The spacer kit, which is the right one according to the website and fitment chart doesn't fit... not the bike axel, or even the timbersled! the diameter of the bushings are too small for the bushings in the swing arm of the SX120.

They told me it's over 30 days old and I can't return it... which is the smaller of the matters... I have no idea what to buy or how to mount this kit to the bike. Anyone that has any ideas?

Spacer kit 2882608 is too small for the 2015 Yamaha yz450f axle on the front (2mm), and too small for the 2015 SX120 on the rear (3mm), i'm at a complete stand still on how to make this kit and bike work.

Thanks for any input or ideas.

The TS fit kits are pretty much a joke for what you get. The only part you can't easily make is the fork clamps, the rest is simple. Take some measurements and get the spacers made out of 6061 rod. I've done a few and its simple. I'd do it for you if you were near by, but any machine shop could whip those out.

I agree, it's simple, and what I need are simple spacers that are machined out of round stock. But without a lathe myself, and or a friend like you near by i'm a bit stuck... especially after spending the 150 bucks (which is obscene for steel tubes) and not being able to use them or return them. I'm in Seattle area, in case your near by ;)

BTW, still unresolved. Polaris dealer opened a ticket with cooperate, no response in over a month. I'm having spacer made at a local machinist as a result. Also got the wrong parts in the right package (sku) from the dealer now for an ARO ski runner. Seems the parts side of TS got really messed up when Polaris assimilated them into their systems.

I'm basically on my own with 2 kits I can't ride... thanks Polaris

Had same issues. Not impressed with polaris at all. I took my axle and spacers to a machine shop to make em work.

Yeah man same here, machine is made a nice set of spacers for me for less than what they cost from Polaris. Had to have a new Scag made as well for my ski
