What are you thoughts on the Timbersled RAW. Sure comes in at an attractive price! Worth the price of admission?

I'm also interested in hearing some reviews and pointers.

I finally have a t-s dealer now :eyebrows: the closes was 8 hours away. I have snow checked the raw for my 14 yz450f, hope it was a wise decision .

I got to ride the RAW, ST-LE, 16 ST, Yeti and MotoTrax on the same day, same conditions.

I was really surprised at how well the shock package on the RAW works. It was way better than I expected. The shocks seemed much stiffer than the 2016 ST. I can't say that I really noticed the fixed front arm either. The RAW is a really good kit at an even better price.

Any chance you could comment on the others? Including the Yeti and MotoTrax. Thanks:face-icon-small-coo

I could, but I don't feel it's in my best interest to really go into detail seeing as it would come off as bashing the other brands and I'd be accused of being biased towards Timbersled.

I'll be on a 2017 ST-LE next year and I'm very happy about that! It would be my choice regardless of what I sell and what the cost of the kits is. I feel like it's the best all-around kit on the market for the conditions that I ride in.

Thank you! That does help:face-icon-small-coo

Went out with 2 people trying out the Raw, they kept up well and had no problems on a 40+ mile day.Seems to go everywhere anyone wanted to go. Seems to be a good kit for the price and you can upgrade it with a TSS to make them even better if you want. Just my thoughts and opinion. CURRENTLY Ride a 2016 kit unless my kid goes then i ride my first year TS kit and it still goes everywhere, just not as comfortably...

People worry about the Raw because they think it will get a lot of snow built up on the metal. Honestly though, the snow barely sticks to it at all. As you ride it really comes off and you don't get any extra weight that people are worried about. We will have some videos up on our social media platforms soon if you would like to see first hand. Happy Sledding!!

I'm on a raw kit bolted to a CR500. I went out yesterday in 4' of fresh snow and the whole thing worked well. I was with 2 guys on 129 yetis and another guy on a 137 timbersled. I weigh about 270 naked....get me all clothed and the pack and I'm probably pretty close to 300lbs. My kit worked really well and the Yeti guys even commented on where I was able to go with the 120. I am new to the whole thing and learning the limits and how to ride the thing. When I get the 500 in boost mode it goes really well. I think the raw kit is a good deal and I am really happy with it. I think for my size in that much snow I might be better with a 137 but this thing is working better than anyone imagined with my fat butt sitting on it.
