Timbersled Ratcheting

Installed Timbersled rear skid. Ratcheting like a mamajama. Why. Anyone else had any issues? Need help! Apex Turbo, 2860, 11 lbs. Wahl bros. extroverts, stock mav banjo tight!

I don't know ? I run the Timbersled at 12 psi and my Mav has an inch of play and it has never ratcheted yet ? I run Avids though.

may be a silly question but did you put it in right One person put in the H arm upside down?????

If you have ratcheted that much chances are you already spun the drivers on the drive shaft and now they are no longer in time making the ratcheting even worse!! I ratcheted a couple times at 14 lbs and spun one of my Avids about a 1/4 inch on the drive shaft. Had to replace them.

Ratcheting with a turbo is a huge No No!!

The track has to be SUPER tight.

I do not think this is possible. Ordered avids, hopefully this will fix the problem! Also the rear shock is at 140 lbs. and the front at 95. The track is pretty tight. When you lift off the ground there is no sag anywhere. Touching the rail all the way!

I run an m-10 and the track prob has 3-4 inches of sag with stock drivers. No problems whatsoever on mine.

The book says 1" to 1 1/8 inch with a 20 lb. weight hanging in the middle. That is to much if you ask me but I will tighten some more and leave it on 10 -12 lbs. until avids show up and I will try it again. The drivers do not look spun but that is a concern! Thanks,
Chad.
