Anyone have the fitment sheet saying what spacers go where. Timbersled sucks to get ahold of, actually they don't respond at all. I think I got the tss kit spacers in right spot on my kx450f but not positive. Could someonever post a pic of that sheet please.

You will run the white spacer on the left outer side.

You will run the black spacer on the left inner side.

You will run the orange spacer on the right inner side.

You will run the blue spacer on the right outer side.

These are the rear swingarm spacers. The fork spacers are both the same and they are green.

My bike is a 2012 kx450f. Guess the fit kit I bought didn't have colored spacers. And spacers had numbers like 347 (all started with 3). I found a sheet on google that had numbers RE-647 and they all matched up minus the 3s instead of 6 so I went with it. Hoping its wright, pretty sure it is. BTW what a pain to slid that swingarm into the bike, that was not fun by myself!

Thanks that helps! Also there is a black thread piece about 3 inches long. That is about half inch wide and tapers towards a point. I may have to get a picture, but any idea what that would be for?

If its got big external threads on one end then drilled and tapped at the other its most likely the TSS adapter. The shocks are all the same, they just run a different length extension out the base

That's an understatement. I needed to replace my $hitty cracked TS rails so I called my local dealer, as directed. Apparently Polaris wont even have pricing to the dealer until mid November here in Canada or they are not allowed to release it until then. I called another guy who found some info and what he found is that the Polaris pricing for 137 rails will be USD 877 plus sliders. Last season thru Timbersled direct they were USD 650. Needless to say Iceage got my business. Brutal service.

Ya just due to the service it makes me wish I got a Mototrax. But then when I think about it I never try and contact polaris or even my dealership when I have problems with my RMK. So I guess it doesn't really matter as long as there is aftermarket options.
