Timbersled cover on Camso or Yeti???

Anyone buy a timbersled snowbike cover in the 120 or 137 and fit to a camso or Yeti snowbike? Just curious on fitment. I will be running the 2018 Camso on the RX and would like to buy a cover for it. I would think the 137 would fit with a little extra in the rear.

Any advice appreciated. Or if you know of a specific cover for the camso I’m all ears too.

I guess you are talking about a cover for transportation purposes? Did not know there was such a thing. I have been thinking about using my enclosed trailer to shelter the bikes during winter driving but have not yet even bought a snow bike kit. If transporting on a pickup, a matress bag would work, although not look too cool.:face-icon-small-win

I guess this is another thing I'll have to look into as well. I'm also concerned about salt damage, if I use my trailer, which has so far only been used in the summer. Anyone with good ideas on that?

We had customers buy Timbersled covers last year for Mototrax and Camso and they worked just fine.

How's the quality of the new ones? I heard the old style didn't last long, I'd like to have something on mine this year for when I travel with it in the back of the pickup.

Timber sled 137 cover on Camso 129 kit

Fit is pretty good. It’s a little long but I figure it will be good to have in case I end up trading out for longer kit at some point. The bungee fit of the cover takes up the extra material nicely.

How do you like the Camso Wheel Kit...does it seem to work pretty well??

This is a good time for someone who's looking for an opportunity .

Don't insult the bikes with snowmobile covers .

I can't remember the last time I've seen a canvas army tent .

A lot of good it does going down the road on a trailer having the underside open to the elements . It's not like there's a belly pan protecting it .

Sorry , it just slays me how difficult it is for some that have endless contacts at their fingertips .

It wouldn't be that difficult to make a cover that is adjustable and universal .

Here's another one, ever notice how well a jet ski cover fits going down the road ? Why is that ?

Wheel kit

The wheel kit is much more solid than I anticipated it to be. I really like the yeti wheel kit but unfortunately will not work on camso. I think the camso kit is pretty solid and worth a few hundred bucks. I can’t imagine trying to move this thing around without it. I struggled to load on a snowmobile ramp a bit. I may have to spend the coin on the timbersled ramp or something similar. The bars on my ramp are too far apart and the skids are too slick for the track to hook up on. I suppose I could add some caliber super glides with traction grip to my ramp and I may try that first.

Super glides work great. I detached one third of a tri-fold ramp that I used for my sled years ago that had three rows of super glides. So now it's a 30" wide bi-fold that works great for loading with one row of super glides for the bike and one for me to walk it up (for those times when I chicken out on riding it up... okay, it's pretty much every time). I usually don't run it up the ramp without a wheel dolly on the ski, though. So that makes loading and unloading a lot easier.
