Timbersled bushings

I just noticed my (plastic) bushings on the shocks of my 2022 Timbersled Aro3 Premium (connection to the lower rails) have popped out. I noticed that the shims or whatever they are that prevent the bushings from coming out (plastic tube like piece that are over the bolts that go thru the shock eyelet) are somewhat destroyed.
1. Anyone have this problem?
2. Anyone come up with a better shim to hold the bushings in place better?
3. Anyone replace these plastic bushing with something better? Mtn bikes use metal bushings. Didn't notice what the MX had but I'd guess the same or perhaps a bearing

It's a newish kit too - picked it up (new) last year and it's had maybe 6 rides on it

I found the actual part number and name: SPACER-SHOCK CENTERING LOWER, Part 5522312
These hold the BUSHING-SHOCK FLANGED, Part 5456031 from popping out of the shock eyelets

My spacer-shock (bottom ones) both wore out and broke apart allowing the bushing-shock pieces to pop out of the shock eyelets. From the looks of things I'm guessing the track rubbed away at the spacers as the track flexed destroying them (very little space between "shaft lower" and shock).

Could my track be too loose or is this just normal? Is there a metal version of these spacers to prevent premature wear?
