timbersled a arms what width ?

What type of riding do you do and where do you ride? Steep areas, side hilling, and laying the sled over in powder are all done easier with a narrower ski stance. But the sled is inherently more stable with the wider, so trails, meadows, swamps, jumps, back areas, etc., you may want the wider ones. Only you can answer that question whether you want the more narrow or wider ones IMHO. I'd prob go for the wider ones, but I run in the midwest a lot. I also bought an Assault instead of the narrower RMK for the same reason.

Super Sled said it best...

I've had the PRO with the narrow stance and loved it.... I do more technical riding and not jumping, turbo chute-climbing or high speed trail work

The narrow stance makes the sled very easy to get and keep on-edge and really "softens" the tipping point of the chassis.

With the narrow body work of the PRO... you can really utilize the narrow width without it causing you to drag the bodywork on steep sidehills or deep-snow carving. (this is called "Panelling out")

Be honest with yourself about what kind of riding you do and are capable of... and follow Super's lead.
