Hey guys we are working on a turbo sled and changing the rear suspension to the timber sled with exit 1 shocks, but they came without the springs set, anyone know what to adjust the front track shock to

also puting raptos on the front suspension, what would you set them at
the guy is 215 with gear

thanks

Setting the Back Shock Spring Preload on Kits with Exit Shocks: Measure the sleds back bumper height at full extension of the suspension. Then sit on the seat in your normal trail ride position and have someone measure it again for you. It should have 2” of sag. Adjust accordingly until you get this. This will be your best starting point to achieve ride quality.

Setting the Front Shock Preload: Kits with Exit shocks adjust spring to ½” preload. Note, refer to the Shock Tuning Sheet for proper method of setting the spring pre load.

I did same as philsummers stated, that is straight out of the timbersled manual, it rode like a mack truck for me, way too stiff, I called Zbroz and went with their rec which was to back off my front track shock to 1/4" pre-load, set the rear at 1 3/4" sag and set the clicker to about 4 in from full soft and adjust from there using clicker and not preload, thing rides like a dream now, was actually able to hit 76mph through the whoops on a mountain machine, pretty impressive. This setup works for me and I'm 250, good luck. Once dialed they are well worth it. Not familiar with the raptors so no help there, I went with zbroz a-arms and exit x1's on the front.

^^^^ THIS!!!! Timbersled skid will handle the ski pressure its self (using the coupler knob), so I set my shox a little softer than recommended. I run clicker on full soft for trail and 3-6 clicks once im off trail and bouncing around.
